"We moved about 30 minutes from our previous home. The movers called ahead of their arrival and showed up a little ahead of time. The guys were very careful with our furniture and did a great job of wrapping and padding items. There was rain and sleet during our move, but all of our furniture remained protected. I had a piano and a treadmill to move, and they did a great job handling both. I was very pleased with the work and friendliness of the crew. I was glad I chose such a professional company."

"This was our first long distance moving experience. We really had no idea what to expect and felt overwhelmed (as most people do when moving). When I spoke with Ryan regarding moving quotes, concerns, etc., he was very patient and answered all of my questions truthfully. One thing he said that made him and his company stand out was "Take your time in deciding. You're trusting complete strangers with your stuff. It's obviously a lot to consider and you need to feel comfortable who you choose." This was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies who continued pestering me and saying "Well, you know the price is going to go up soon. We really need to lock in this deal.". Needless to say, we chose M & R Movers. The day the movers came, they men were very professional, meticulous with their work, and efficient. They wrapped all of our major items in blankets and tape. When unloading the items, they made sure that they would not scratch our belongings, or any walls, doors, etc. When it came time to settle up our bill, they even managed to come in under the estimate. My husband and I could not have been more pleased with their services."
